If you feel a violation has occurred you should report it to the regional AKC representative and the AKC . If it is determined that rules were violated the award will be rescinded.

I'm not positive about chocolate bitches, but our chocolate boy, Venetian's Copy That, won Open Chocolate both days, and went RWD the second day :)
