I must add at least a bit of positive news to this precarious and distressfull situation occurring at Ingen. I sent a sample in about 9 months ago for my stud. I got my results in less than 4 weeks and the DNA was verified as correct through AKC. I was actually hoping that the Ingen results would have been adequate for AKC, but sadly, they have to be run through AKC for import studs to sire a litter and pups be registered. I had several questions throughout the process and my emails were always answered the same day. Hopefully this probelm they have been experiencing will be resolved and the rest of you and myself included can be assured of prompt, accurate results as I was lucky enough to acquire
