Has anyone else had a dog with hair growing on the tongue? Just discovered mine has a line of hair growing down the middle line of the tongue. Vet said he had seen it rarely before, but I have not found much info online. Anyone else?
I had one years ago with my field line. The boy had a strip of hair in the middle on the tongue and also a black patch on the tongue. ask the vet years ago, no one had seen anything at that time like it and have not seen one since.. Interesting though when this boy when he went for his CERF, he had a spot( according to at that time Cindy Wheeler the cerf vet) but could not tell me what the spot was. She wrote it down as a " Dot" on the paperwork. She saw him the following few years and the dot never increased in size. We choose to neuture this boy.
