It seems as though regulations have changed since I flew my puppy to Canada last summer. I have now read that a special veterinarian within each state has to examine the pup for international travel. My private vet completed the health cert. last July/ Effective October of '09 it seems things have changed. Can anyone fill me in on exactly what will be needed to ship a 9 week old lab to Canada from the states?? TIA

Thanks! I talked with the airline and nothing different from what they have heard. Continental. They fly many animals internationally.
