By boy has something weird going on with his skin under his jaw.
Since the weather broke he has been in the water alot. He really doesn't dry between puddles and swimming. He has balding patches going down his neck, and the skin appears rough. Is this anything that sounds familiar to anyone? He has never had this before.

Google Malassezia dermatitis. The skin looks like elephant skin almost.

Most likely, he is itching and scratching the hair off.

Sometimes a bath with a medicated shampoo will do the trick.
