Has anyone seen a chocolate puppy with white flecks in its legs. Pups are about 4wks old and all pups have white flecking on the paws and legs at least halfway up. I've seen the brindling but that's usually all over. It not looking like the black and tan either because its white and not on the face where this would usually show up.
Any thoughts?

Closest thing to that that I have ever heard of is from M.R.W's book when she mentions the "Hailstone" Labradors that had white flecking throughout the coat. You said you pups have it only on the paws and legs?

Did you give the pups or dam Flagyl or metronidazole?

Could be zinc deficiency.Is the mother getting a really good quality food?
