When registering a CKC litter using an AKC stud the paperwork says that it must have a copy of a 3 generation pedigree. Now my question is - can I just order a 4 Gen on-line or does it have to be the "official" 3 Gen that the AKC sends?
Needs to be the real deal, not a copy of one. you'll need to order one from AKC.
Check first though with CKC if the AKC stud dog is already on file with them. If he's been used before by any of us Canadians already, they'll have his pedigree on file and you won't need to order one. :-)
