Has anyone ever done a correlation between progesterone levels and the day Pre Mate is clear (mate to date)? What were your numbers that day?

Yes, numerous times. Pre Mate will be "hot/dark pink" when the numbers are 5 or below. Using the numbers, you breed 48-72 hours after a 5 and with Pre Mate you see the shade of pink changing and becoming clear same time frame. Specific numbers can vary just like numbers with any bitch can vary when they are hot and ready. You may see clear with a 13 or with a 20 or higher.

If you go to the manufacture site there is a graph. The A is equal to a progresterone 3, the B color is a 10.

Yes, 3 times, 3 different bitches. Premate was totally dark when prog. numbers were above 5.0, even at 26 ng!
I bred according to prog and got large litters. If I had listened to premate, I'd still have no puppies!! LOL
