Just sent out cheek swabs for Optigen today. It's been awhile since I used them and I am wondering what the turn around time is these days?

We sent in swabs a couple of months ago and received the results in less than 2 weeks.

Do they send you the results via email if you have included an email address on your application?

Call them and ask. I sent in blood for 2 puppies, hoping for quick results. When they did not arrive in time for me to make a decision, I was disappointed. Several weeks later when I called, the results had been done but not sent to me. Some sort of glitch. Luckily, both were normal/clear.

I submitted 2 samples for optigen and in about 10 days i got the results via e-mail.
