I would appreciate your help in finding a site that offers the bike racks that mount to the front bumper of a full sized van? I see them at the dog shows as people use them to carry their exercise pens.

They aren't made any more as most new van bumpers are plastic and not metal. You might be able to find one somewhere, but they are not generally available.
