I have a girl that would be due at anytime, but she isnt that big at all, as if she isnt having puppies. Do they get colostrum and milk with false pregnancies as she has the colostrum in her breasts and has for about 2 days now.

Yes they do but I would do an x ray and make sure she does not have one hiding in her.
