Does any one know if Delta has a VIP?

And what is their shortest connection time.

I have used Northwest VIP in the past, but apparently they have sold out to Delta, and I have not been able to contact them.

I have used Delta now. Google Delta airlines and you can find out. I believe they have a VIP for shipping animals. It is called Delta Dash. I emailed you the link.
