I have a kitty cat on 3 legs. He's an outside cat that showed up on 3 legs. Anyone know if Metacam is safe give to him and if so, what's the dosage?

Sure he doesn't have an abscess somewhere on that lame leg? Or a fracture?

Metacam dose for kitties - dose it by drops from the main bottle. 1 drop per KG body weight - so 5kg cat (~10lb) is 5 drops once daily.
