Any breeders located in Kern County and trying to comply with the new Commercial Animal Facility conditional use permit requirement?

For those not from Kern, this is a new local requirement of those producing more than one litter a year.

I would like to get legal, but don't want to be the guinea pig. It can get very expensive wading through the Planning Department on a CUP app process.
