I have a week old puppy that seems to have limited muscle tone in his neck. His head bobs from side to side as he crawls and he sometimes has trouble holding his head steady to latch onto a nipple.Once he's "on" he nurses fine. In all other respects he appears normal...15 oz puppy at birth that has doubled his weight in six days.He is using his legs well to move about. Any thoughts on whether this is a developmental issue or a symptom of something else brewing? TIA

I had a puppy like that at birth. The vet felt he had central nervous system damage I hope it is not that.
