There have been a couple of folks mention fear issues with their pups. This may give some insight.

I enjoy the site and use it for pup buyers if they're having a problem. I also include the site in all puppy packets asking the buyers to view 3 different videos. Some families with no prior pup knowledge, I ask to view a few more videos before they bring their pup home. They usually have questions based on the Leerburg site. That's a good thing, let them learn before they *might* have a small problem and could handle it wrong.
