I had a bitch owner come to me with a bitch that she had tested for PRA. She told me the bitch was clear/normal. When I looked at the certificate, I saw that the Carrier box will filled in with yellow. When I pointed it out to her, she had seen the yellow and somehow assumed that meant her girl carries yellow, which she does. The form has 3 boxes for PRA. One is red (affected), one is yellow (carrier) and the third is green (clear).
I can imagine how someone could easily make this mistake. We all make mistakes. It is an InGen certificate and makes perfect sense, but takes a little getting used to.
