a while back there was some info on dogs getting spayed to early and the problems it can cause. Does anyone have that link?

I think it's best to wait until the dog is mature, but that's just me. If someone suggested spaying a pre-pubescent human there would be a huge outcry, so how is that the best thing for dogs? No one wants to have oops puppies, but there are better ways to prevent that than performing a hysterectomy on a baby.
