How to add a new co-owner to your dog?

Can someone tell me how to add a new co-owner onto my dog? I searched the AKC site and can't find any forms or info on how to do that.

Just fill out the back of the AKC registration paper with your name and also the new coowner, both of you sign it and send it in with the fee. If you want correspondence, ie dog show to come to you, put your name first. There is a form to fill out for more than 2 owners, in downloadable forms.

That is the form I will need, then. There will now be 3 owners. But where On the AKC site is that form? I searched all over and could not find it.

I think this is it. If not, call or email AKC. They will reply.
