Can I show a spayed/neutered dog in the Veteran class at a specialty?

Yes. At any show where the BOB winner does not go any farther than BOB - specialties. No groups can be offered.

so a spayed or neutered veteran can compete in BOB at a specialty and possibly be put up for Breed?
