Labrador people and especially those interested in service dogs might enjoy a book I just finished. Endal, by Allen and Sandra Parton, describes the devastation that occurred in their lives when Allen suffered a brain injury that handicapped him physically and destroyed his memory. Endal, the remarkable dog that they adopted when OCD kept him from completing his service dog training, is sort of the flip side of Marley and became famous over all of Great Britain, winning many awards and making many public appearances. I got the book from Amazon- don't know it it is available in bookstores.
