What is this "No Bells, No Whistles" Conformation Show, Brooklyn Fairgrounds...at the National.. Thanks

The No Bells, no whistles, is an entirely separate show from the National. As it's name implies, it is low key, no frills.

It is a chance for participants who come to the National to get in a second show. It is conformation only (regular & sweeps)
