Has anyone had a dog recover from this with treatment?
Guide Dog Dale has now been diagnosed with it. It is a tough decision. It started with symptoms that pointed to fanconi sydrome. The kidneys recovered and now the bld counts are off and he has been diagnosed with aplastic anemia.
