Have had thyroid checked.
Blood workup is fine.
I would really like to breed her soon.

It might be normal for her. Has she been bred? There are many things that can be wrong, cystic ovaries, split heats, immature follicles, etc.
If I were you, I would breed her and see what happens. If she doesn't produce a litter, then take her to the specialist.
