Anyone recommend a good site to buy medic alert dog tags?

I ordered one for our old guy through our local pet supply store. It was simply a double sided ID tag shaped like a red cross. Another option is military style dog tags. They make red ones for medical issues.

I get mine here. They do have "dog tag" style , I would think they could be fastened to a collar.
