My friends bitch was 1.06ng on Friday and on Monday she was 9.7ng... we did AI today, and we are planning on doing another one tomorrow and on Wed... Shouldn't she be covered by than?

She probably ovulated sometime over the weekend. She should be covered after tomorrow's AI.

I'd guess she hit LH surge (2.0) on Saturday and ovulated Sunday. Optimal breeding per my vet would be Tuesday and Thursday. But Monday and Wednesday with live cover should be just fine. Good luck

Had that happen to me, bitch was 0.9 on a Fri and was 6.0 on Monday, I thought they were reading it upside down! But we redid the test and it was right. Was still enough time for a successful breeding though.
