Please share! my girls reduce everything as well. Sort of frustrating have to wait to see if they will make size. I started out 32 years ago with a huge girl. Over the years girls have gotten smaller and smaller. They have substance, and nice angles but no leg. Keep saying I am going to advertise apartment Labradors more rare than silvers

I'm keen to watch this thread as I am looking for height also. I'm convinced I'm pretty much pooched as the bitch line I use is not big but correct in portions and drive/temperament. I think its maternal line is concrete and I could put any of the girls to a giraffe and still the genetics would give me what I got(with minor modifications and not the one I wanted...so it goes! LOL) I am beginning to wonder if size is like fronts-things that need to be there from dot and consistently behind the girl to maintain it.

There is a boy at Hyspire that will improve height(leg as well). I am sure you can contact Judy for more info. He corrected the issue that I have had with my girls for several generations. The whole litter was of good size.

I also used one of the Hyspire boys and he corrected a few things for me -tail sets, bone, overall size - added in lots of birdy-ness. Kept our good fronts, nice rears, and super sweet temperaments.

I have a Travis daughter and I absolutely LOVE her temperament. He also corrected everything I wanted to correct, without losing any of her dam's good qualities. It was a linebreeding for me and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Used a Hyspire boy last litter. The girl is an apartment lab :) I saw and liked lots of his get and they were taller. No luck my girl reduced as usual. The litter was very nice. Only had one girl and she is not going to make size. Oh well back to the drawing board.

Unfortunately, only having one bitch puppy in a litter makes it real hard to make any conclusions from it. It's probably worth another try to see what you might get.
