I have recently been blessed with the opportunity to co-own a lovely 20 month old bitch. I would like to show her in Amateur-Owner-Handler rather than in Open classes due to her immaturity. Am I considered an owner and able to show in this class at a Specialty? I'm not interested in the all-breed series. Any thoughts appreciated!

As long as you are a listed owner on the registration AND have never taken money to handle someone's dog (ie a professional), then you are allowed to exhibit in this class! Have fun!
