Jan is right about the Sherpa Deluxe Medium. There is a program that guarantees the carrier will be allowed on board or your ticket will be refunded by Sherpa's link, if you have the paperwork. how do you get an 8 week old puppy to fit in the carry on. I have been breeding & shipping for about 15 years, and i just do not see how to fit a 15 pound puppy under the seat.
