Happy New Year to you and yours my Swift Brothers
and Sisters , all the best and smooth sailing for years to come. Your Swift Brother in Tenn.
Mickey & Glenda
Hey Mickey, sorry we couldn't make the meet this time. Looking for property in and around Crossville is a tough job. We found one spot (3.45 acres wooded with a couple of creeks running across it) but it looks like it may not perk for a septic system. That would mean spending about 10-grand for an above ground system, which ain't on my list of things to do!!! So we are still looking. We don't really want to be in another subdivision if we can help it. Marion wants a spot with a nice view and some space around a building spot. Found another one (4+ acres mostly woods with a nice rolling hill view) for about 58-grand. I feel that is a little steep though. I kinda got tired of listening to real estate people too. It was a very busy week.
Take care and get well. Enjoy your remainder days off from the old grind. Tell Glenda hello for us.
Happy New Year, my Swift Brother!
Semper Swift!
