SWCC's first warrant officer

The Navy's Special Warfare Combantant Crewman webpage has a story about the commissioning of the first CW02 (SWCC) in the navy. You can't see what the shoulder board insignia is. The web page is:

Just saw the new SWCC WO shoulder board insignia. It is an anchor with crossed pistol and sabre.
