1. Your dues are paid up

I am sort of out of the loop since the forum began. I am trying to get back in but not quite there. Are we supposed to have accesss to the new newsletter now? I have requested mine by e-mail but don't know how to access it.
A question I now have too is:A Swift brother told me about The Combatant-Craft Crewman Insignia, that is now available to all Swift Boat personnel, how does one go about getting one of those?
