Andy Miller was laid to rest today at 2:00 pm in Willamette National Cemetary in Oregon. He was wearing his grey Swiftboat Sailors Association tee shirt and his Swiftboat Association ball cap. Swifties in attendance were, His boat officer, Jim Franklin, O.P. Lent, Monty Montonya, and Joe La Voie. He Left his Swiftboat Model to his boat officer, Jim Franklin. All heart even unto death. He will be sorely missed.

Thanks to you guys that were able to attend. I reconnected with Andy at the St.Louis reunion.We met the first time in Qui Nhon in 66 but it was as if that 40 year gap did not exist.Andy made me feel welcome even though that was my first reunion and we hadn"t seen each in those 40 years.I will miss him.
