PCF-22

I have a photograph, official US Navy type, of BM2 Frank Rutledge on the PCF-22 in Da Nang in Aug 1967
taken by I believe it say PHAN C. Stratton Frank was my Mothers Brother, and we recently Lost hin. This is the only Photo of him I( have seen from Man. and was wondering if anyone could give me more information on the PCF-22
