Hi,

I just had to share that my son's school report was actually fine and at parent teacher night the teacher said that despite his lack of attendance he has done well. He just needs to fill the gaps with the missing maths and a few English areas but otherwise is ok. He did emphasise that he needs to attend as group work is so important for learning skills and it is those things he is missing out on. It was such a relief though as I had expected this time for things to have fallen a long way behind. It was lovely to see my son's face afterwards.
