well we got a sort of diagnosis after 5 yrs of anxiety my son has traits of autism and adhd and has been recommended to be taught like a child with autism.he only has the social problems so needs help with this .my nephew has dyslexia and di the dores programme a couple of yrs ago and it really helped him .he is now in the royal navy.just wondered if any of you ladies have tried any brain training!!!!!!oh the report also said they recommended cbt as he has very high levels of anxiety.ant thoughts anyone

Pity it took so long for the diagnosis! I would highly recommend CBT.
WE have something here called a 'Brain Gym program' that has been recommended to me.
Anything is worth a try.
Good luck and now maybe you might be able to see some support long overdue.
