Is school refusal better understood these days?

Hi all

Do you think there is more understanding if what school refusal is these days, compared to 10 years ago or even five years ago?
What support have you found useful? Has your school been able to work out a supportive program? Have you switched to home schooling? Would love to hear what help is around as it is not always obvious when a crisis strikes.

Hope you are all hanging in there. Down here it is Mothers Day, so wishing all mothers all over the world but especislly those struggling with school refusal, a very happy mothers day. You are all good mums : )

Perhaps fewer people using the forum is an indicator that more are getting the support that they are looking for?
