Hi Tracy
This is really wonderful that things are all coming together. Especially seeing your son is able to get out of the house and has found walking helps. Really hoping that this is the beginning of so much more support and your son taking those small steps that he was unable to take just a couple of weeks ago.
Let us know how things continue and especially interested in what they do to help re socialise your son. I haven't heard this being offered before but it is just what is needed sometimes. Let us know how the CBT goes wnd what they do as advice or activities or thought changing.
I can hear your relief from here! May the steps continue and remember any 'set back' is not really a set back but a hiccup in the process of moving forward.
