Hi everyone,

Here's hoping you can try and forget school for the Christmas period and have a lovely time with your son/daughter.
I know Christmas for us was always touch and go as the anxiety played a role in how much my son could engage but things have improved greatly in that respect so I hope they do eventually for all if you who may have or are having issues round this time as well.
Take some time out just to appreciate each day and where your school refuser is right now and don't mention school.
