I hope you are all hanging in there and focusing on the here and now as one cannot predict futures but one can know that things don't stay the same and always remember you are not alone.
There is help out there and hopefully you can find some here in the resurces and older posts. Alternatively there are other support groups on-line who weren't there when Simon set up this much needed site. It used to be a very active site but with postings having dwindled off, Simon and myself will be discussing whether to continue or not. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
