when you jump off a bridge do you climb over the hand rail and jump from the other side ,or do you jump off the top ?

It depends on how high it is or how the rail sits. If it's high and I can't stand on the rail before I jump, I'm going over the edge. If I can stand on the rail before I jump, I do!

I jump from the railing, unless it's so high that it doesn't matter if I get 3 and a half feet higher. It usually matters though.

on top of the rail. it just looks so much better. if you're gonna jump anyways, 3 feet more won't hurt you.
