It certainly sounds like a possible CSF leask. Has anyone tried an epidural blood patch? How about a CT myleogram (the nuclear studies are not very accurate).
In our experience, it is important to see a neurosurgeon familiar with this issue. They are few a dn far between. I know of no one in your area. I would contact Dr. Wouter Schievink at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles and run your case by him.
