Norm's World (5.8 on the Richter Scale)

Norm & other "shaky side" shipmates, when your keyboards stops moving around, check in with a status report.

Re: Norm's World (5.8 on the Richter Scale)

Nothing up here in the Great Northwest.
Just heard a few loud booms yesterday while salmon fishing in the Strait west of Port Angeles. I think someone was dynamiting in the hills near there. We had rain, fog, lots of sunshine and one nice Chinook.

Re: Norm's World (5.8 on the Richter Scale)

Hi guys, sorry about not answering sooner but for some reason I couldn't get onto Sea Robin site.
Earthquake was actualy 5.4. No damage here but felt like I was in a row boat on choppy waters. Everything was swaying back and forth and moving up and down, in a slow rolling movement, went on it seems like forever, but lasted only 20 seconds. Hardly no damage anyplace in so. CA. Center was about 65 miles so east from here. Over-all it was mild !!

Thanks for asking.
We're all OK, Norm
