ETERNAL PATROL HAROLD D. "WILLY" WILIAMS IC3(SS) 1958-1960

HAROLD D. WILLIAMS IC3(SS) 1958-60

Mr. Harold Dean (Hal) Williams, 78, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at the VA Hospice in Lake City, FL. He was the son of Dwight Dean Williams and Veva Williams. He was born in Manzanola, Colorado and has lived in Lake City, Florida since 1997. He is preceded in death by his step-daughter Andi J. White (Tim) of Lake City, FL. He was a loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle. Hal was an avid RV'er and loved to travel and cruise the open waters. Mr. Williams was a veteran who served in the United States Navy and the United States Army. After leaving the armed service he worked in construction and sales. Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Sylvia S. Williams of Lake City, FL, Sons; Hal D. Williams, Coby D. Williams (Lori) of Lake City, FL, David D. Williams of Anchorage, Alaska, Daughters, JoDean Williams Cooper, Vail, Colorado, and Kori Williams Piatz (Dave) of Wheaton, Minnesota, Sister, Shirley Smith of Vacaville, California, 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, step-daughters Rhonda J. Harrington (Sonny) and April J. Wood (Harry) of Lake City, FL, 9 step-grandchildren and Ellen Williams of Cripple Creek, Colorado. The family would especially like to thank the staff of the Lake City VA ICU and Hospice for the care and patience that they provided.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the First Advent Christian Church in Lake City, FL
