Nothing in automobile history has more discussion than the enforcement of speed laws. According to a report by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration:

Since the earliest days of the automobile, speed has been its most publicized (as well as its most controversial) attribute(Dot, HS 807 802).

There is a universal agreement that speed is a primary cause of traffic deaths. Collisions are a major social and economic issue. Speed causes collisions. If you have the ability to reduce speed on our streets and highways then the number of collisions and injuries will be reduced.

I would like to know how the citizens of Santa Rosa County feel about the enforcement of speed laws, traffic signals, and stop signs.
