Unfortunately I am in Bergen County. A good 45 to 60 min. from you. I doubt your friends want to travel that far.

My tainer is currently on vacation until late Nov. in Europe.

If they are interested let me know and I'll give you the info. There may be openings available in the Dec. or Jan. classes.

He works out of Hillsdale, NJ and Ringwood, NJ a couple nights of the week and on Saturdays.

Or I may be able to get a reference from my trainer for a trainer near you.
