Hi Everyone!

We are holding a 20/20 OptiGen Satellite Clinic at our Specialty Show. For information about OptiGen testing please go to www.optigen.com

Here is how our clinic will work:

• By sending in the samples as a group - we will receive a 20% discount from OptiGen. We have arranged for a Vet Tech to be on hand on Saturday June 2nd, 2007 from 12:00 to 1:30 at the Secretaries Tent to draw the blood. This will cost $20.00 and will cover the supplies to draw the blood and SHIPPING the blood to the United States by Fedex. We will take care of shipping the blood for you.

• OptiGen has a form that needs to be filled out and sent with the blood. You can fill this form in on-line for an additional 5% discount. This must be done prior to the show. If you fill in the form on-line, you will need the Satellite code number which is LOC070602 You will then print it and bring it with you. If you don’t fill the form in on-line, we will have printed forms available at the show but unfortunately you will not get the extra 5% discount.

Please Note: You cannot send your blood sample directly to OptiGen. There is no Satellite Participation for this clinic.

Here’s what you should do before the clinic:

- fill in all the paperwork on-line
- fill in the satellite code for the 20% discount
- fill in your credit card number for an additional 5% discount
- then you can print off forms which will give you your "registration" number which you can put on the vial of blood

If you are unable to fill in the forms on line, we will have forms available at the show. You will get the 20% discount but not the 5% discount for filling the information and payment on line.

Okay, read it twice. So it is a 20/20 Optigen clinic but not SATELLITE clinic, right ? The first line of your message said satellite so went to the site but see there is already a satellite clinic for that month. Was really hoping they were allowing more than one a month again.

That's an oops! You are correct and sorry for any confusion. The reference to satellite has been removed for the information on our website.
