A well written complaint! These arbitrary dog laws violate the due process afforded to dog and property owners. Let's hope the court overturns the ordinance!

Thanks Angie for posting this. Used to be folks felt pretty at ease because it wasn't there municipality... but we're hearing more and more of these type ordinances everywhere.
