water broke, she has milk. She puked breakfast and is hunching her back. Vet seems to think she can wait. I want to do a c-section. She had trouble delivering every puppy in her first litter.

She certainly could wait for just a bit. How long since the one sac broke?

Is she contracting? I have had a bitch deliver her last 2 litters on day 59, perfectly normal puppies. Have you done an ultrasound to determine if heartrates are distressed in the puppies? I wouldn't wait over 24 hours after water has broken, and if she's clearly having a problem I wouldn't hesitate on a section.

ps - is this a repro specialist, or just your regular vet?
