I am curious as to if anyone knows the state of the breed in India, do they have shows, etc? Is there any forum readers from India that can give us insight. I have gotten some emails from individuals in the country that did not appear to be SPAM or hoaxes.

This is the website I dug up this past week when someone from India had e-mailed me about purchasing a young adult male. This person explained to me that they don't have the quarentine laws that other countries do and that many of the Labrador breeders in India have imported their dogs from the US and that these imports do quite well at the dog shows.

When requiring information like this, people would be more open to give you information, privately.
